All title holders must:
live, work, or attend school in the state of Maryland
be born Female
compete in the state pageant in January and national pageant in August

Whether it's your first time in a pageant, or you have past experience, all of the next Miss Maryland Talented Teen title holders should be great representations of their cities and ready to represent the state at nationals.
